Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website teroenegry.site and any engagement with Tero Energy Limited. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Tero Energy Limited, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 31 Camberley Avenue, London, England, SW20 0BG, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 959 838.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Supply, specification and what we are not
We are not an energy supplier. Despite our company name, we do not generate, supply, distribute or sell gas or electricity, we do not offer energy tariffs or switching, and we hold no licence from the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets. Our registered activities are the wholesale of machinery and equipment, non-specialised wholesale trade, specialised design and other technical activities, and that is what this website describes. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and offer no investment or financial product of any kind.
Supply. We supply to businesses in the course of trade. Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to stock and to manufacturers’ availability; prices, minimum quantities and lead times are those confirmed in the quotation. Lead times are given in good faith and can be affected by manufacturers and carriers. Goods must be examined on delivery and any shortage or damage notified promptly. Because supply is business-to-business, consumer distance-selling cancellation rights do not apply to trade orders; nothing here affects the rights of any customer dealing as a consumer. Design and technical work. Deliverables, revisions and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Any design or specification we provide is based on the information and site data supplied to us, and it remains the client’s responsibility to verify dimensions, conditions and compatibility on site. Where work requires a chartered engineer, a competent person scheme, statutory approval or third-party certification and we do not hold it, we will say so. Equipment is supplied subject to the manufacturer’s own specification, documentation and warranty, and installation and commissioning are not included unless expressly agreed.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
